As we were happy to work with Cititravel in Seville, we liked a try-out with Cititravel Lisbon, a newly opened office.
From the beginning, Barbara was very adequate and quick with her offer and answers. She understood exactly what we were looking for. There were almost no changes after the initial proposition.
When we had a different suggestion – as regards to a famous Fado- singer we could contract, Barbara, instead of being annoyed about our own initiative, did everything within her possibilities to adapt the change and to communicate the plans in detail with the agency of the Fado singer, which was not directly in her interest.

Barbara showed a great flexibility and professionalism and took care that the event went as smoothly as during the inspection trip.
Thanks to Barbara, her great communicative skills and her detailed work, her warm communication with suppliers and us, we could feel relaxed and knew our clients would have the time of their lives, which they absolutely did!

We would like to thank Barbara and Cititravel, and will definitely get back to her, when we organize a next trip to Lisbon.

I have to tell you that I have never worked with a more professional, organized, helpful and nice person like Marjolaine.
In one word she is  simply excellent.

Due to that outstanding event with cititravel  we are thinking to do another event of the same kind in September in Portugal with you.

Long time ago since we did our successful operation together with our Semper group in Alicante.

First of all thank you very much for the handling with suppliers when we had to cancel and change the tour due to the volcano in Iceland. You did a wonderful job and our client was really impressed of the cooperation between our two companies.

As you know the conference later on went on very smooth and easy very much because of you. Alicante as a destination will be on our list as alternative to eg. Barcelona for sure. We are looking forward to future operations.
