All suppliers are vetted and approved via our strict quality control system.
Our services include hotel research, contracting and co-ordination; sourcing meeting and conference facilities; recommending and booking restaurants and special venues; handling all transport requirements; providing qualified hospitality staff; organising sightseeing and leisure activities (including team-building); arranging entertainment and fulfilling any audiovisual equipment requirements. .
Hotel research
- Account Managers select the most appropriate properties to meet the characteristics and requirements of the event.
- We negotiate the best possible rates and conditions for each project.
- By booking your hotel through Cititravel, a member of staff will automatically be allocated to oversee all contracted services for the duration of the event.
